The role of a high school teacher with us

As a teacher in the vocational program, your role is to impart the knowledge needed to work in construction and civil engineering.

You will work in a team with enthusiasm and commitment. Together, you will plan, execute, and evaluate the pedagogical teaching. You see yourself as part of a larger whole where everyone contributes to giving students the best opportunity to succeed in their studies, based on individual circumstances.

Your profile

The right person for this job thrives in an environment with constantly changing circumstances and sees opportunities in changes. The right person is genuinely interested in creating, maintaining, and nurturing good relationships with both colleagues and students and guardians. You are knowledgeable in your subjects and have a good ability to communicate with and lead young people. Together with your colleagues, you plan and organize your work efficiently. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great importance on personal suitability.

As a person, you put learning at the center, are flexible, and find it easy to collaborate. You have the ability to inspire others and drive development within your area of expertise. You are attentive and adapt your methods and approaches based on the individual needs and circumstances of the students. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great importance on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a certified teacher for high school and/or has relevant professional experience from the construction industry – preferably in areas such as contracting, but also sheet metal work, tiling, earthworks, and concrete.

It is an advantage if you are:

• a certified vocational teacher

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement.
